Polymer Clay Plates Tutorial
By Laura Miller
 |
Make two matching balls of white polymer clay.
Mine were about 1/16 inch. Set them on a baking tile. I use 3
inch ceramic tiles for this. |
 |
Gently flatten both balls with your finger. Try
to flatten them the same so that they will be matching. |
 |
Press the rounded end of a paintbrush into the
plates. See the one on the right. Gently press down and move the
paintbrush in a circle at the same time to make the plate shape.
See the plate on the left. |
 |
Bake the plates according to the package
directions of the polymer clay you are using.
Paint with acrylic paints or glue printed circle onto the plate.
Coat with brush-on satin or gloss acrylic sealer. |
